Parent/Teacher Conferences
Dear Parent/Guardian:
Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, February 9th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
To schedule a conference with the teacher or teachers that you would like to meet with please call the Dawnwood main office at 631-285-8205 beginning Thursday, February 2nd at 8am.
On the evening of Thursday, February 9th , you may arrive at Dawnwood as early as 6:15pm. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time and you will be directed to the appropriate classroom. You will be given an alphabetical list of teacher names and the classroom numbers where they will be hosting their conferences that evening. Please note that teachers may be hosting their conferences in a classroom that may be different than the classroom on your child’s schedule. You will then go to the classroom that the teacher(s) are hosting conferences in. Appointments are limited to 10 minutes. If all appointment slots have been booked by other parents and you would still like to speak or meet your child’s teacher(s), please contact each of his/her teacher(s) by email or call the school to do so.
We thank you for your continued partnership in making your child’s year at Dawnwood a productive and successful one!
Please go to the Dawnwood website for additional information regarding this evening.
Sincerely,
Dan Katchihtes
Principal
