WEAR RED and make a DONATION!
National Wear Red Day® and American Heart Month
National Wear Red Day is Friday, February 3, 2023. Together, we can continue to wear Red, share and rock our Red, all to help save more lives.
From landmarks to online communities, neighborhoods to news anchors, this annual groundswell unites millions of people for a common goal: the eradication of heart disease and stroke.
Wear Red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and help save lives. Why? Because losing even one woman to cardiovascular disease is too many.
We will have a donation box in the main office.
During the week of February 6th, we will be participating in “Decades Week” in celebration of counting to the number 100! Since the start of the school year, we have been working on counting to 100 in 1st Grade. Since we will reach the number 100 this week, we wanted to make the days counting up to 100 fun for the whole school!
Feel free to get in the spirit by dressing your child as if they time traveled back to that decade. It can be something as simple as a hair style to match that decade or a fun shirt that you already have at home. This is completely optional and meant to be fun!
The Middle Country Legislative/Outreach Community Committee invites you to take action to support a statewide, permanent free school meals for all program by signing our Change.org petition.
