In addition to serving proudly as Middle Country Schools’ Superintendent, Dr. Gerold is member of the board of directors of SCOPE and is a past president of the Suffolk County School Superintendent’s Association.

Dr. Gerold believes in Middle Country’s mission to empower and inspire students to apply the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to be creative problem solvers, to achieve personal success and to contribute responsibly in a diverse and dynamic world. It is a great responsibility, yet one that all members of the educational community are willing to accept because of how well we value our students.
