Francine McMahon - Deputy Superintendent for Instruction

  • Francine McMahon Francine McMahon, Deputy Superintendent for Instruction, has served the Middle Country Schools in a variety of capacities for the past thirty years.  She began her career as a teacher in the district and has held subsequent administrative posts at both the elementary and secondary levels.

    She holds degrees from Daemen College, SUNY @ Stony Brook and CW Post Colleges, has been an adjunct professor at Dowling College and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of SUNY @ Old Westbury.

    As an educational leader, she brings integrity, enthusiasm and skill to the task of engaging all Middle Country’s constituents in a focused effort to improve instructional practices and to develop and implement curriculum to raise the level of academic success for the students of the Middle Country community. 

    She believes that throughout her career, it has been an honor to work with the families of the Middle Country Central School District and to have had the privilege of being able to play a small part in shaping their children’s futures.
