Jennifer Harrison, Ed.D. – Director of Pupil Personal Services

  • Jennifer Harrison Dr. Harrison has been an educator for the past 21 years. She has spent her teaching career working with students with special needs in a variety of settings including Resource Room, Integrated Co-Teaching and Self-Contained classrooms on Long Island. Dr. Harrison’s experience in administration has exposed her to both building and district wide positions. Dr. Harrison has spent the last eight years in the Middle Country School District as an Assistant Principal, Coordinator of Special Education and now the Director of Pupil Personnel Services.

    Dr. Harrison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Study from St. Joseph’s College, a Master’s degree in Literacy from Long Island University, and Administrative Certification from Stony Brook University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from St. John’s University.

    Dr. Harrison is committed to supporting the students, families and staff of the Middle Country and Central School District as students strive to reach their fullest potential, academically, socially and physically.
