Common Sign-On Issues

    • Password never changed - new users are not able to sign into their Office 365 email account until they have changed their Network (Win10) password. Network and email passwords MUST be the same and can ONLY be changed from our network side, not from within their email account.  

    • Incomplete username: You must use your entire email address  ~ eg. 

    • Forgotten Password:  The password must be at least eight characters long, include at least one uppercase + one lowercase + one number, and cannot include your name or initials.

    • Forgetting to use at least one capital when typing in your password

    • Leaving Caps Lock on
