Staff Self-Service Password Reset

  • Only staff may utilize this portal to change passwords.

    The Staff Self-Service Password Reset Portal allows users to proactively and securely self-reset/change login passwords with ease from a web portal.  Users will be able to set questions which are comfortable and relevant for themselves to answer like mother's maiden name, color of car, name of pet dog and more during enrollment.

    Please visit the Middle Country Staff Self-Service Password Reset Portal, where you will be presented with the following three options; enrollment, reset password, and change password.

    • Enrollment:
      Use this option to enroll in the self-service password reset system.  It will ask you for your current network/email password, and it will allow you to set security questions to verify your identity, should you need to reset your password in the future.

    • Reset Password:
      Click this option if you have already enrolled in the system, have forgotten your password and need to reset it.  You will be prompted to answer the security questions you set during enrollment.

    • Change Password:
      This can be used at any time, with or without enrollment, provided you know your current password.
