Having PowerSchool Issues?
If you're having an issue with PowerSchool/PowerTeacher, please first check the PowerSchool status page to see if they are having an issue: https://status.powerschool.com
- If PowerSchool is reporting as Operational and you are still experiencing an issue, please put a ticket into GetHelp, describing your issue with as much detail as possible.
- If PowerSchool is reporting as something that is not Operational (i.e. Degraded Performance), Data Services is already aware of the issue and will be communicating via a StarDotStar message.
PowerSchool SIS SaaS Announcements
This is a notice for an upcoming maintenance that is being conducted on our SaaS platform. There is downtime associated with this maintenance. Please see below details.
Maintenance Window: Saturday, May, 28th 2022, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm PDT
Product: PowerSchool SIS
Reason for Maintenance: We are completing maintenance of your environment. With this maintenance we are aiming to update configuration to improve your PowerSchool SIS environment. Your Application will experience intermittent connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window and a maintenance page will be displayed.
* Student Information Systen (SIS) is PowerSchool, PowerTeacher, and PowerSchool Parent Portal.
* Software as a service (SaaS) is a software distribution model in which a third-party provider (PowerSchool) hosts applications and makes them available to customers (Middle Country) over the Internet. Middle Country subscribes to PowerSchool's SaaS platform.
