Brian Walker - Assistant Principal Selden Middle School
Mr. Walker is honored to serve as assistant principal of the Selden Middle School. Prior to taking the role of assistant principal, he has served as a special education teacher in Middle Country School District for ten years. For the past two years, Mr. Walker has been the principal of our Extended School Year program.
Mr. Walker grew up on Long Island and graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Child Study. He then went on to earn his Master’s degree from Stony Brook University. Mr. Walker also holds an advanced Master’s certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University.
Mr. Walker is eager to begin his leadership role at the Selden Middle School. He has a passion for education and feels he can impact the students in a positive way. Mr. Walker looks to continue being an active member of the Middle Country community and help inspire our students to achieve their goals.
Mr. Walker is the proud father of two boys.
