Computer Center Technology HelpDesk - Student Help

  • For Student 1:1 Chromebook hardware issues:

    • Incident IQ HelpDesk Ticket must be submitted. 
    • Students will drop their Chromebook to the library DEPOT for service.
    • Students will be issued a loaner Chrombook from library DEPOT.

    For Student Google ID username/password issues:

      • Students in Grades PK-6: Please contact your/their teacher or your/their school's main office.  They will be able to tell you your password.
      • Students in Grades 7-12:
        • If a student does not know their password, they should contact their building Technology Teaching Assistant.
        • New students and students that know their password and want to change it can do it online at:
      • For Students using a District Issued Chromebook, once your password has been changed and you login back into your Chromebook with your new password, you will get the follow message:
            • “To unlock and restore your local data, please enter your old Chromebook password.”
              • To bypass this Click on “Forgot your old password?
            • The next screen will say “You may proceed, but only your synced data and setting will be restored. All local data will be lost”
              • Click on “Proceed anyway
