Please remember that your child needs a valid school physical on file with the nurse prior to their first day of practice

Please note that when you register on Rank One your child will show INELIGIBLE in Red until your coach has added your child the roster and the nurse clears them. This could take several days.

* Please be sure that all physicals that are submitted to the school nurse are stamped with the doctors credentials which includes their license number
