    This is the end of the scheduled maintenance list.

- Student Information Systen (SIS) is PowerSchool, PowerTeacher, and PowerSchool Parent Portal.

- Software as a service (SaaS) is a software distribution model in which a third-party provider (PowerSchool) hosts applications and makes them available to customers (Middle Country) over the Internet.  Middle Country subscribes to PowerSchool's SaaS platform.

Having PowerSchool Issues?

If you're having an issue with PowerSchool/PowerTeacher, please first check the PowerSchool status page to see if they are having an issue: https://status.powerschool.com

  • If PowerSchool is reporting as Operational and you are still experiencing an issue, please put a ticket into Incident IIQ, describing your issue with as much detail as possible.
  • If PowerSchool is reporting as something that is not Operational (i.e. Degraded Performance), Data Services is already aware of the issue and will be communicating via a StarDotStar message.
