Material Safety Data Sheets provide a great deal of important information for individual chemicals including their storage, safety precautions, first aid actions, and disposal considerations.

The Pesticide Neighbor Notification Law (section 409-h of Education Law) requires all public and nonpublic elementary and secondary schools to provide written notice to parents, guardians and staff of information regarding the potential use of pesticides during the school year.

Lead Testing in School Drinking Water Notification
The District is committed to protecting the health and well-being of our students, teachers and staff. In compliance with the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH} regulation titled Lead Testing in School Drinking Water (10 NYCRR Subpart 67-4}, we recently performed an updated inventory of all water outlets in the school district and another round of sampling of all applicable water outlets.
