 Welcome to the Selden Middle School Library…a world of information!

We have a beautiful library which is open for students to check out books, research, and work on school projects.  Computers are available to help students search for library books, create documents and PowerPoint presentations, and locate appropriate internet resources for school assignments.  We are thrilled to welcome our middle school students as we begin a productive and exciting year of learning.

We start the school year by introducing our entire 6th grade student body to an orientation session at the library.  Our 6th graders took tour of our facility, saw new technology in action, and learned about behavior expectations, pass procedures, and available resources.  We look forward to our 6th graders visiting the library often!

Our library is open for business for all classes and students.  Students are expected to have productive work to accomplish and have an educational goal for the period.  They must come to the library prepared to work.  Most importantly, we expect all students to treat one another with respect and courtesy.  Work hard…be nice!
