School buildings and grounds may be used by local organizations for meetings and sports activities during times they are not in use by the schools. Organizations must have valid Certificates of Insurance and non-profit status on file with the Business Office. The online application process can be found at www.mccsd.net/FSDirectUsers.htm. A fee is charged to cover the cost of custodial, security services, square footage calculation, and heating and airconditioning when applicable. For more information about the use of school facilities and fields, contact the Business Office at 285-8020. For athletic field users, attendance at the Use of Fields Meeting is required.
